Prior to joining MassMutual Metro New York, Alex successfully led multinational teams to create and deliver large-scale mission-critical solutions to clients like Deutsche Bank, UBS, Citibank and Goldman Sachs.

Alex joined the MassMutual Metro New York agency in 2017 and established himself as a leader in the employee benefits area as a valuable resource in the design and direction of employee benefit plans and in helping them reduce costs while increasing the perceived value to the employee.

He is now being promoted as a Head of Employee Benefits division as an Employee Benefits Specialist. In this role, he will concentrate on strategies that will optimize the potential for a company's employee benefit program to contribute to the bottom line.
