Antar Jackson is an Investment Advisor Representative at WestPoint Financial Group. He prides himself in getting to know each client so that he can understand their individual needs and what matters to them most. Originally from Oak Park, IL, Antar is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Antar has over a decade of experience as a small business owner in the entertainment industry. Prior to that, he gained a wealth of expertise as an Underwriter at Metropolitan Life, where he designed Life, Disability and Dental Insurance packages for large corporate clients. He also spent many years as a team builder & program consultant in the service industry and brings a people first mentality to his clients’ needs. Antar is a Registered Representative and holds FINRA Series 7 & 66 investment licenses, as well as licenses for Life & Health insurance.

When he isn’t busy at WestPoint, Antar also writes, records, and performs live music. Some of his songs have released on independent labels all over the US, Germany, and the UK. Antar has traveled all over the world having performed for the troops both home and abroad, memorial services for Pope John Paul II in Warsaw, and possibly at a wedding near you.

In his free time, he loves to travel, stay connected to the hospitality community, and visit art galleries around his home in Wicker Park with his Corgi, Marmo. He is currently a member of the Art Institute Chicago, and he is on the Board of Directors for the Video Game Arts Gallery, NFP.
