Professional Story

Blake Abel, CMFA, Financial Planner

Financial advice is often structured to keep people compliant, predictable, and reliant on systems they barely understand.

I have no interest in that approach.

I work primarily with CRNAs, physicians, and advanced medical providers because they are some of the hardest-working, highest-producing professionals in the country. In many cases, however, they are quietly getting crushed by taxes, inefficient planning, complex debt structures, and standardized financial advice that may not reflect their circumstances.

I believe high earners should think strategically, question assumptions, and stop accepting financial “rules” without understanding how they apply to their individual situation.

My focus is helping clients approach wealth planning efficiently, gain great financial clarity and control, identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary taxation, and avoid common planning pitfalls that can quietly impact long-term outcomes.

I’m not interested in pushing cookie-cutter financial products or forcing clients into rigid formulas. Real financial planning should be customized, strategic, and built around the individual — not soley around what is easiest for an institution.

My goal is simple; help medical professionals build financial lives with more freedom, more flexibility, and less reliance on one-size fits all frameworks, so they can make informed decisions aligned with their goals.
