Bobby Barnes has spent his entire career as a financial planner, which begin January 2001, with The Innova Financial Group. He started with the organization after graduating from Miami University with a BS in Human Resource Management while also holding down a starting position on the baseball team, winner of the 2000 MAC Championships. Bobby is a Certified Special Care Planner, and with recent changes in his family life with the birth of his children, he has become dedicated to assisting his clients take care of themselves, their families, and recently focused on assisting clients with special needs children. Bobby is a member of NAIFA, Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

Bobby is highly involved in the community through the realm of sports and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Since graduating from college, he has been a summer baseball coach, most recently with the Cincinnati Flames. Recently Bobby joined the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Champions program to assist parents with their experiences at Children’s Hospital.

Bobby currently resides in South Lebanon, OH with his wife Kathy, and his three children, JJ, Alexis and Chase.
