Professional Story

Caleb Smith is a seasoned performance development specialist with a rich background in the Olympic sport of skeleton. A former USA national team athlete and Olympic team coach Caleb has built performance cultures across multiple nations including Italy, Australia, the USA, and Great Britain. His coaching experience spans across multiple nations and focuses on core strategies of
proficiency to build a foundation for performance under pressure.

As a college student Caleb studied finance and environmental science while he was competing on the USA national team. Both of those seeds would grow over time as he led his teams to medal winning performances during the winter and built businesses in the hospitality sector in the summer. His financial strategies are designed not only to optimize performance but also to ensure long-term sustainability, like his approach with the Olympic teams.

Together with his wife, Eleri, Caleb has co-founded Warrior Remedies and Crows Landing ADK, operating on their 5-acre regenerative farm winery in the Adirondack Mountains of Jay. These ventures include wine production, hospitality, and holistic wellness services. Caleb’s interests include hiking and foraging, regenerative farming, wine making, and energy-efficient building.

He lives with Eleri on their property, where they continue to nurture their businesses with a goal on educating people around sustainable performance-based living practices, both environmentally and financially.
