At Baystate Financial, Cathy Duffy's mission is to assist individuals, families, and business owners in defining their financial goals and achieving financial freedom. She is trained and licensed to provide financial solutions to her clients and prospects. Her goal is to become a lifelong resource to her clients.
Cathy holds a B.S Accounting from University of Southern California, a MS Taxation from DePaul University and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from California Lutheran University. Cathy joins us with experience in public accounting, the oil and gas industry and 27 years of teaching undergraduate accounting and business classes. She is a Certified Management Accountant. Cathy is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and American Accounting Association. Cathy continues to teach as an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Champlain College.
Cathy lives in Essex, VT , with her husband, Michael, and four children, Michael (22), Amelia (21), Nicola (19) and Alexandra (15). Cathy is originally from the Chicagoland area and also lived in California and Wisconsin before moving to Vermont in 2016.
