in retirement planning and financial risk management for small business owners. She is passionate about educating families on financial literacy, believing it crucial for a
successful future.

Celeste M. Bermejo attended Northern Illinois University as a General Assembly Scholarship
recipient, majoring in Political Science. She later earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and MBA in Finance from Lewis University.

Beyond her financial career, Celeste serves as President of the Fountaindale Public Library District Board of Trustees, focusing on policy-making, financial oversight, and strategic planning to enhance library services.

She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Classmates Literacy Foundation, advocating for literacy improvement across all age groups. Outside work, Celeste enjoys exploring global cuisine and cultures through travel.
