    Talented, ethical people plus a positive attitude go a long way. This is the personal conviction that has enabled my firm, Creative Financial Strategies, to grow tenfold over the past 15 years. It’s also the reason why we are consistently considered a top firm, and why our advisors are not only successful but love coming to work. Ours is a culture of teaming – 90% of advisors are either on teams or do high levels of joint work. This close collaboration fosters creativity for clients, a holistic viewpoint and the very best financial solutions. It also helps our advisors grow and develop the broader skills and deeper knowledge with which to serve their clients.
     
    My passion is leading a firm that is like a family. At Creative Financial Strategies we truly care about each
    other, taking great pride in our advisors’ successes, whether they’re buying their first homes or sending their kids to college.
    We also care about the communities we serve, and are very active in local philanthropic efforts; in fact as a team we established the first South Jersey Chapter of Children's Charity for Autism.
     
    Personally, I thrive on the ability to constantly make improvements, whether it pertains to me, the advisors I mentor, or the processes and approach we use to help our clients lead more financially secure lives. To me, being a leader is a role I wholeheartedly embrace with gusto every day.
     
    Outside of the office, I apply my professional mentoring skills to coach my children’s sports teams. I’m also an avid
    fisherman and boater, and volunteer with the Autism Foundation and Jog with Jake, an annual 5k run that raises
    money for the Variety Club, a children’s charity benefitting kids with special needs.
