Crystal joined GoldBook Financial in September 2026 as a financial services professional based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

At GoldBook Financial, Crystal helps clients prepare for life’s milestones by offering attentive guidance and thoughtful insights into life, disability income, and long-term care insurance options based on their financial needs.

Before joining GoldBook, Crystal worked primarily in import/export, e-commerce, and logistics, where she strengthened her skills in business operations, problem-solving, organization, communication, and relationship-building. These fast-paced industries also taught her to be adaptable, resilient, and focused on practical solutions and long-term goals—strengths she now brings to her new role.

Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and trying local foods. Meeting people from different backgrounds and learning how they live and work has deepened her appreciation for diverse perspectives and keeps her curious, open-minded, and connected.
