Doug graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration where he was also inducted into the baseball hall of fame. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies organization and played in the minor league for 5 seasons. After his baseball career, he pursued his career in banking and finance.

Doug has been with Commonwealth Financial Group since 2013. He resides in Bedford, NH with his wife Kelley and their two sons, Tyler and Dylan. Doug enjoys traveling, sports and coaching baseball in his local community.
