Greg Sirko is Capital Financial Group’s (CFG) Director of Advisor Development and works with agents across Tennessee to help them grow their practices. Greg joined CFG as an advisor in 2007 where he achieved company recognition production levels. He also served as District Manager in CFG’s Knoxville office.

Greg works with CFG’s agents to help them grow their practices and serve their clients. He supports producers throughout the state of Tennessee in the areas of training, development, practice management, and career development. He also supports CFG’s management team in growing the organization.

Prior to joining Capital Financial Group, Greg served on active duty in the US Army where he achieved the rank of Captain. During his time in service, Greg deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002 where he was a member of the Army Baseball Team.
