H. Blake Parkinson is currently the Retirement Plan Specialist for Capstone Partners - Utah specializing in qualified retirement plans, executive compensation plans, business planning and estate planning. He is a qualified plan strategist assisting in the design of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including DB/DC combo plans. He is a principal in a Deferred Compensation Design and BOLI funding firm named MP Solutions, LLC.

Blake is a former president of a third party retirement administration firm and has over 23 years of industry experience focusing on retirement plans (both qualified and non-qualified). He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah.
