Heather Neas is an Associate who joined Lenox Advisors in 2024, along with the firm Martin/Wight, where she has been since 2015. Heather works with physician clients throughout the country, specifically focusing on producing disability and life insurance plans. Her goal is to assist physicians in protecting their income and reaching their financial goals. 

Prior to joining Martin/Wight, Heather sold and managed national business accounts in telecommunications. There she routinely ranked in the top one percent nationwide, she was known for having an excellent reputation with her clients in both product knowledge and customer care.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in Missouri. Heather currently resides in New Hampshire with her two sons. Heather is an outdoor enthusiast and loves hiking, cycling, and snowshoeing with her friends and family.
