Hunter focuses his work on young and mid-career professionals, emphasizing on those in the fields of technology, sales, and law. Working with Hunter provides you with a unique opportunity to strategize your success. Hunter, along with an experienced, professional team backing him, will work with you to help plan your financial future how you envision it. How? Hunter focuses on helping you grow the assets that are most important to you, protect the people and assets you care about, and distribute those assets in the most tax efficient way possible. He starts by showing you a clear picture of where you are today and listens to your concerns for tomorrow, in order to meet all your financial and life goals. This may include building your net worth, ensuring you're protected from the unexpected, purchasing a new home, allocating your assets in the right places, or planning for retirement. By recognizing your desires and identifying areas that can be adjusted, he and his team can help you build financial wealth as you create richer lives for yourselves and your families.
We live in a society built on "doing it yourself" - DIY. And it works in some areas of life. However, it is not working in people's finances, when 45% of Americans have less than $25,0000 in savings and investments (including 26% who say they have less than $1,000 in savings)*. Hunter takes an uncommon approach towards helping his clients achieve long-term financial success. Breaking away from older planning models, Hunter creates a personalized plan beginning with a thorough understanding of his clients' current situation. Then he helps them concretely envision "a good life for the rest of their life." Only after understanding his clients' current situation, goals, and aspirations for the future is he able to offer step by step guidance towards building that future.
Hunter is a father (to his chocolate lab, Beau), a partner and a provider. Born and raised in Seattle, he has held deep roots to the Pacific Northwest area his entire life. Hunter graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Entrepreneurship and has always had a vested interest in growing a business that helps those in his community. He worked as an advisor assistant his final year of college, and then moved back to the Seattle area to start his own practice. Hunter's goal is to help each client move their life forward in meaningful way by helping them bring financial balance to themselves and their families.
Hunter has realized that life not linear, and it changes over time. With his team, he develops responsive plans to protect and grow your wealth through the changes in your life. Working with Hunter means creating a long-term relationship so that he can help you through any ups and downs you may face, while not just making a living, but making a difference.
Outside of work, Hunter is an avid golfer, loves trips to Green Lake and Lake Washington with his dog, and enjoys hiking the many trails around the Seattle area.
Commitment to Education
Hunter invests in himself to provide value to his clients. This is most evident in his commitment to ongoing education. He believes that only by keeping ahead of the fast-paced changes in our economy can he be of optimum value to his clients.
