James Chavez loves to work with a wide variety of clients. As Partner at Encompass, he works with small & large business owners who want to improve their bottom line. He also works with medical professionals who want to achieve profitability for their practice, and young professionals and families who are looking to put their best foot forward financially. In the past, since he began working in the industry in 2012, James earned numerous sales awards. He has spoken at several conferences for new, full-time financial professionals as he is passionate about sharing his experience and helping to get them started on a fast and successful career. James’s mission is: “I educate those around me regarding financial security not only for themselves but for future generations to come”.

James is originally from Chicago and went to college at Harding University starting in 2008 and graduated in 2012 with a degree in marketing and finance. After graduation James made Little Rock his home. James and his wife Leila with their two daughters reside in Little Rock, Arkansas. They are also active members of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. When James isn’t working with clients, he enjoys being with his family and is involved in various charities and clubs in the Little Rock area. He enjoys working with The Hat Club of Little Rock and serving on the Guardian Board for Easterseals Arkansas.
