Jim Glaser graduated from the University of Dayton in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. Over the past 16 years, Jim has held various VP roles in the banking industry, specializing in Asset Based Lending, most recently with JP Morgan Chase. Realizing that he wanted more from his career, Jim decided to make a career change and joined Skylight Financial Group as a Financial Planner in August 2021.

Jim is passionate about financial services and helping others achieve financial well-being by meeting their financial goals.  His focus is on building a practice centered on providing comprehensive, dynamic financial planning delivered through a defined educational process. Jim’s mission is to create lasting relationships with his clients, so they have a trusted professional to count on for all financial-related needs.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, and most importantly, spending time with his wife Rachel and three boys.
