Jane Schroeder is a Senior Vice President at Lenox Advisors who has been with the firm since 2011. She is responsible for working with both corporate and high net worth individual clients of the firm. Jane specializes in family and business insurance planning, and aims to serve the multi-generational and multi-faceted needs of all of her clients. With her corporate clients, she specializes in structuring strategic employee benefits, as well as executive carve-out programs for key employees and senior management. Jane brings significant industry experience to Lenox Advisors, having begun her financial services career in 1985. Her past experience includes: recognition as Manulife’s Los Angeles office Agent of the Year and serving on Manulife’s Advisory Council. Jane was also affiliated with John Hancock Financial Network and was recognized as the San Francisco Bay Area office Sales Leader in Long Term Care Insurance for multiple years. She co-founded and served as CEO of Hebert Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. In addition to her prior experience, Jane is currently a member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Jane graduated with a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1986. Jane holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations and the CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care) designation. She is Life & Health insurance licensed (including annuities, disability and long term care insurance). Jane enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Scott, and their three children.
