Jason R. Bach joined MassMutual Dallas – Fort Worth in the summer of 2010 and serves as the General Manager. Before coming to MassMutual Dallas – Fort Worth, Jason was with Capital Financial Group, LLC, also a general agency of MassMutual, located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Jason has been in the financial services industry for over twelve years and, in his roles has developed multiple investment strategies for individuals, business owners, trusts, charitable organizations and endowments. He has also been the guest speaker at over 800 client events on topics such as the economic market, the financial market, global investing, stock options, and retirement planning.

Jason is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where he majored in Finance. An alumnus for Delta Sigma Pi and the Financial Management Association, he has also completed the Certified Financial Planner educational program and has been designated as a Certified Financial Planner. Jason resides in Plano, TX, with his wife and their two children. When he isn't spending time with his family, church, or work, he likes to squeeze in a game of golf.
