Professional Story

Financial health is different for everyone. And that’s why Jason Sebell’s clients call him their “financial physician.”

“They come to me and we do a financial ‘check up’ to gauge their individual or family health from a holistic perspective—what are their goals, their long term dreams, what does ‘healthy’ look like to them? And then we get to work.”

Jason and his team are able to diagnose their client’s situation and connect them with a litany of Baystate Financial expertise.

“We think of it like sending patients to a specialist.”

Specialization, customization and the ability to provide personalized solutions vs simply selling every client the same package is what drew Jason to Baystate in the first place.

“I came here to help my clients get financially healthy. It just seems more meaningful and rewarding than your typical transactional advisor looking to sell another financial product.”

Jason holds a combined degree from Colgate University in Sociology and Anthropology. He has 4 years of investment advisory experience, with an emphasis on strategic growth, long-range planning and tax efficiency. And while he’s not an actual Doctor, he is most certainly dedicated to assisting his clients through the various stages of their financial lives.
