After graduating from Southeastern Oklahoma State, Jay jumped right into service-based work where he has cultivated lasting relationships and discovered his life's passion for helping people. He joined the financial industry in 2014 and joined Bluecrest Financial Alliances in 2018 where he's passionate about helping families and business owners protect, prepare and plan for the things that matter most to them. Jay joined Bluecrest North Texas in 2023.

In addition to helping clients in the local North Texas area, Jay also takes pride in the relationships he's developed with clients in several states throughout the country, which continues to grow every year.

Jay is a 2019-2020 graduate of Leadership Denton and volunteers as an Ambassador with the Denton Chamber of Commerce. He's also been a faithful volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters Denton County since 2009, has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors since 2019 and was awarded the Community Service Award from MassMutual in 2023 for his work with the organization.

Jay enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters and dogs, following sports, and doing anything outdoors.
