I am passionate about learning and helping others reach their full potential.
For 30 years, I've worked as a university professor and administrator. During that time, our family bought a large farmhouse in Wisconsin where we could rear our sons and care for my aging parents. We enjoyed the grounds-the barns, pond, orchard, steer, chickens, rabbits, and a huge St. Bernard. Meanwhile, my parents declined in health and outlived their money. The financial strain compounded the emotional stress.
Having firsthand experience in education, non-profit leadership, and now eldercare, I returned to finance to help others in their quest to live well, retire confidently, and give generously. I help families, nonprofits, and ministries with operations, strategy, execution, and of course, music.
It is my privilege to partner with the great team at MassMutual Carolinas. This relationship connects me with a complete range of services to help you save money, prepare for college and retirement, protect families from the economic devastation of death, disability, and long term care, strive to help you meet your financial goals, and to leave generous legacies for loved ones and the organizations that enrich our lives.
