Professional Story

Jen Jackson has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She specializes in working with credit unions to design, implement, and monitor executive benefit programs. Jen works closely with credit union boards helping them achieve their compensation and succession planning goals by providing education on plan design, assistance determine appropriate benefit levels and financial strategies to offset costs associated with new and existing benefit plans. She regularly communicates with state and federal examiners on behalf of her clients and is devoted to ensuring the ongoing performance and regulatory compliance of her clients’ plans.


Prior to joining The Sheeter Group, Jen was an Area Vice President with Gallagher Executive Benefits. She has done multiple webinars and written articles on topics such as the Administration and Due Diligence of Executive Benefit Plans.  Jen’s vast experience in executive benefits in the credit union industry and commitment to her clients makes her a trusted resource for many.


Jen is also on the Board of the BFB Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen developing communities in Guatemala by supporting education-focused initiatives for girls and women. Jen has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Converse College. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her dog Winnie.
