Joe is a Financial Advisor with Baystate Financial in Wakefield, MA. He has over 22 years’ experience the financial services industry. Joe endeavors to guide his clients to achieving their financial goals through periodic reviews and analysis of their investment portfolios and insurance coverage. Joe holds several security regulations: Series 6, Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 & Series 65.
In May of 2020 Joe earned a Master of Science in Financial Services from American College, with a concentration in Legacy Planning & Philanthropy. In April of 2021 he earned the CFP designation.
Joe also holds designations with the American College as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Prior to transitioning to financial services, he was a business owner for 24 years. He holds technical and management degrees from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI and a master’s degree in Education from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA.

Joe is also involved in numerous community-based activities related to social advocacy with a focus on addressing the needs of the homeless population in the Merrimack Valley. He is extensively published as an Op Ed writer in numerous regional newspapers and speaks at local and regional events on social services and public policy.
He is a former member of the Pentucket Regional Schools Systems - School Committee , West Newbury, MA and Board of Selectmen, Groveland, MA He resides in Groveland with his wife Yolanda and they've both raised four children; Christopher, Nicholas, Joseph and Lianna.
