Jon A. Henderson entered the life insurance business in 1979, upon graduation from Northwestern University. After nearly 20 years in sales and management in Illinois, Jon became the General Agent of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company's (MassMutual) Pittsburgh agency in 1998. Through his leadership, experience and commitment, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of MassMutual Pittsburgh into a large and established financial services organization.

After 20 years as the General Agent of MassMutual Pittsburgh, Jon retired from the position in December 2018. He continues to work with individuals in the Pittsburgh community as a Financial Advisor with the agency.
