Judy Luddy is a financial services professional with Charter Oak Financial, whose proud history dates back to 1886. Judy established her practice in 1979, and since then has helped hundreds of clients visualize and execute a plan for their financial lives, from education funding to retirement and after.
While Judy works with businesses and individuals in all phases of life, her role as a SpecialCare planner uniquely positions her to help to find lifetime financial solutions for families and their loved ones with special needs.
Active in both her community and within the industry, Judy serves on boards and in various volunteer leadership capacities with numerous non-profits: Easter Seals of Massachusetts; Pathlight (formerly The Association for Community Living); International Language Institute of Massachusetts; Zonta International, a women’s professional organization affiliated with the United Nations; and Women in Financial Services, the only women’s organization dedicated solely to women’s success in the financial services industry.
Judy is a self-proclaimed adventurous—though not always successful—cook, serious reader and avid gardener. When she’s not immersed in her hobbies, Judy and her husband, Fred, can be found out and about in their longtime hometown of Amherst, Massachusetts or keeping up with their four children and 12 grandchildren.
