Junior Coleman is a Partner with WestPoint Financial Group located in our Madison office. Junior prides himself on not only providing top quality service to his clients but also on being a top performing producer, leader and mentor. Whether he is working with individuals, families, or mentoring other financial professionals his objective is consistent; to provide all the necessary tools and resources to promote financial literacy and future financial success.

Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Junior worked as the Growth and Development Director at Northwestern Mutual. During his time in this role, Junior not only lead a team of other financial professionals but also achieved #1 agent in the Southern Wisconsin Network in 2020 & 2021 and became the first Black agent to qualify for Lives Leader in the history of Northwestern Mutual Southern Wisconsin.

Junior is a proud member of the 100 Black Men of Madison Incorporated, and a volunteer coach for the Blondes VS Brunettes Association for the fight against Alzheimer’s.

Outside of work, Junior enjoys spending time with his wife, Alaina, their 5-year-old son, Aceyn and 1 year old aughter Gia. He also has found a passion for golf and looks forward to working on his game in the summer.
