Kelli is a dynamic leader, nonprofit founder, and community advocate with a diverse background spanning financial services, behavioral psychology, and the performing arts.

 

With over 14 years of experience in the financial industry, Kelli currently serves as Head of Strategy at Vision Financial Group, where she focuses on building scalable systems, driving advisor growth, and enhancing the efficiency and long-term success of financial practices. Her work has spanned the full advisor lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding new advisors to helping seasoned professionals structure, grow, and streamline their businesses.

 

Kelli’s approach is deeply rooted in her academic background in psychology and education, which she integrates into her work through behavioral finance and relationship-driven strategies. She is passionate about helping advisors better understand their clients, communicate more effectively, and build meaningful, lasting relationships.

 

Outside of her professional career, Kelli is the founder and President of Northeast Pit Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc., a nonprofit she has led since 2013. Through her work in animal rescue, she has organized and executed large-scale fundraising efforts, coordinated volunteer networks, and advocated for the welfare of animals in need.

 

Kelli has also been involved in dance and theater since her teenage years, serving as a choreographer for local schools and community theater productions. Her creative background brings a unique perspective to her leadership style—blending structure, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

 

A dedicated volunteer, Kelli previously served as President of her daughter Jai’s school PTA and continues to support on a volunteer basis, organizing fundraisers and contributing to school and community initiatives. She is actively involved in her daughter’s life, frequently traveling for 

Jai’s running events and supporting her passions every step of the way.

 

At her core, Kelli is driven by a commitment to people—whether that’s developing advisors, supporting her community, or rescuing animals. She brings energy, empathy, and strategic vision to everything she does, balancing a fast-paced professional career with meaningful personal impact.
