Kevin Carbone joined Lenox Advisors in 2025 as an Associate. He previously worked with TEKsystems, partnering with Fortune 500 companies on business and technology transformations to help maximize ROI, drive growth, and enhance customer experiences.

Kevin works closely with individuals and families to develop tailored strategies that help protect and grow wealth. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique goals and creating comprehensive plans that address both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

He holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University and a Master’s from Rutgers University in Management & Labor Relations with a concentration in Data Analytics. He holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credential, maintains FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and is licensed in New York for Life, Accident & Health Insurance. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing softball, skiing, watching football, and spending time with family.
