Careers and lives can take interesting turns. No one knows this better than Larry. After graduating with a degree in accounting, Larry gained business experience while working in a family auto parts business for 15 years. When the business was sold Larry became attracted by the entrepreneurial aspects of working in financial services industry. He starting in 1995 and joined Financial Architects in 1997 where he has grown his business using the business experience from his early-career training.
Simply put, "the foundation of my business is listening effectively to the needs of each client and helping them meet their financial goals." He also understands the needs of small businesses because he’s been there. His analytical training and work experience give him the tools to methodically consider all of the tax ramifications and financial underpinnings of each client's life.
Larry’s approach to business is unique with his inherent thoroughness and process oriented skill which is essential in helping his clients meet their goals and objectives. Explains Larry, “My goal is to develop creative solutions that match client objectives—real-world, practical solutions that make sense and then make it happen.” Follow up and attention to detail are crucial. As a result, Larry is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to exceed client expectations. “Insurance is all about protecting people and their families and businesses."
Today, Larry works closely with a variety of clients including professionals and privately held business owners to help them navigate the full spectrum of financial choices in today's market, focusing primarily on insurance including; life, disability, long term care and employee benefits.
Personal and Professional Affiliations
When he’s not working with clients, he is spending time with family and enjoys playing basketball and spending time on the golf course. He has also been active as a board member with Gilda's Club of Rochester, Jewish Family Service, Jewish Community Center and Temple B'rith Kodesh. He is a member of Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Larry and his wife Lisa live in Pittsford with their three daughters who are currently attending college.
