    Louis is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and has resided in Tupelo, Mississippi since 1986.  He earned his Banking and Finance degree fromThe University of Southern Mississippi and his Masters in BusinessAdministration from The University of Mississippi.  He has worked inthe financial services industry since 1986 during which time he acquiredhis FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 registrations.  

    Louis has been married to the former Coppie Jones of Tupelo since1989 and has two children, Anna Catherine and Will.  He has served onthe Board and as Chairman of the Good Samaritan Free Clinic and theDowntown Tupelo Main Street Association.  He was a member ofLeadership Lee County as well as Leadership Mississippi. He served as Cubmaster and Scoutmaster of Pack 220 of the Yocona Area Council.He is Elder at Lawndale Presbyterian Church.
