    Michael began his career in education as a high school social studies teacher and transitioned to the financial services industry in 2011. Most recently, he ran a practice with a focus on planning for small businesses and families. During that time, he was a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. In 2017 Michael became the Assistant Director of Training where he combines his skills as an educator with his passion for teaching in the financial services space. He is responsible for the development of new advisor’s practice management skills and product knowledge as well as serving as the firms’ Investment Specialist. In that capacity he is responsible for the oversight of investment education and product recommendations for advisors and their clients.
     
    Michael resides in Smithtown with his wife Jill and their two children.
