Paul joined MassMutual in January 2011 with a decade of proven systems and industry experience. He has built a practice focused on insurance, retirement and estate planning, with an emphasis on tax-planning strategies and investments.
He attended Utah Valley State University and started his career with New York Life Insurance Company before graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
As an agent, he qualified for New York Life’s executive council in 2004 and 2005, when he also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table. In the fall of 2005, he was promoted to a partner with the company and held the position for more than six years. While a partner, he earned many awards, including Partner of the Year (2006 and 2008) and National Gathering of Eagles (2008). In 2006, 2008 and 2010, he was recognized for having hired and developed the top-producing intern in the company.
Most recently, Paul has been the Managing Partner with MassMutual’s Intermountain West Agency. He qualified for the Sales Manager Summit in 2013 and 2014.
Active in the community, Paul participates in several networking groups and he sits on several boards. He also coaches a competitive soccer team and is a past president of the Central Utah chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Paul and his wife, Tara, just celebrated their 15th anniversary. They have four children and reside in Eagle, Idaho. Paul enjoys spending time together participating in sporting events, going to the lake and skiing on “powder” days.
