Paul Tokarz is co-Managing Partner of WestPoint Financial Group, the largest firm at MassMutual. Together with Lead Managing Partner Greg McRoberts and co-Managing Partner Josh Plank, Paul manages all aspects of the firm. WestPoint’s national reach includes 400 advisors, 80 staff members, 200,000 clients¹, $42.4 billion in life insurance in force² and10.9 billion in assets under management³. Prior to becoming co-Managing Partner, Paul consistently won the Field Leadership Trophy from MassMutual and was named a Top 3 Sales Manager nationally in 2024*.

Paul began his career as an advisor with Northwestern Mutual, becoming the only advisor in his office’s history to make the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®) in his first year. After three successful years at NWM, Paul wanted to grow his practice more efficiently and shifted to MassMutual in 2015 where he has been a perennial Blue Chip, Top of Council advisor, and Year 4 national company leader in LADL production.** Along with financial advisors Vince Silva and Michael Ribak, Paul established WestPoint Capital, a top-ranked wealth management practice with over $300 million of assets under advisement.

A proud graduate of Bradley University, Paul is deeply committed to giving back and passionately supports nonprofits dedicated to education and empowerment. He has served on the executive board of Notre Dame College Prep and continues to be actively involved in the school’s mission to be a place where students are able to achieve their best possible outcomes based on their abilities and aspirations.

Paul resides in Western Springs, IL with his wife, Keriann, son Izzy, and daughter Toby.
