As a Financial Advisor, Raymond M. Congelosi’s mission is to assist both for-profit business and non-profit organizations, individuals and families in defining their financial goals and achieving financial independence. He is highly trained and licensed to provide financial solutions to his clients and prospects, with a focus on employee benefits. Through Ray’s experience and knowledge in the marketplace, clients have been able to implement and maintain comprehensive benefit programs while providing mechanisms to control costs on an ongoing basis. He also believes in helping his client’s employees create a financial roadmap to help them reach their retirement objectives.

Raymond holds a Bachelor’s of Finance from Central Connecticut State University. He has 30+ years of investment advisory and insurance experience.

During his spare time, Ray enjoys being with his family and shares his energy and resources giving back to local families and communities. Ray served on the American Red Cross Middlesex/Central CT Chapter as a board member and former treasurer. He participates in community events, food banks, and Head Start programs and coaches little league baseball. Ray believes that early intervention and guidance enhance the opportunity for success of today’s children in the future. Ray currently resides in Middletown, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
