Rich graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. In 1988 he launched his own manufacturing company until he decided to enter the challenging Financial Services industry 10 years later. Since 1998, Rich emerged as a leader in management with multiple roles in Sales, Recruiting and Sales Training. As a Vice President, Richard manages new and experienced financial professionals. Areas of critical importance to Rich's process include emphasis on advisor accountability, ethics, and professional standards, enhancements in individual approach and case planning analysis. The concept of "service over self" continues to be at the core of these initiatives. Richard is an active member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey as well as GAMA International. He currently resides in Cedar Grove, New Jersey with his wife Sandra. They are the proud parents of two adult children Rick and Lindsay who reside in Manhattan.
