Riley Bauman is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management. After college, he went on to play professional baseball with the Los Angeles Angels. His years on the field—both in college and the pros—helped develop his leadership, discipline, and teamwork, all of which have seamlessly transitioned into his professional career.

In his current role as Operations Coordinator, Riley is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. He focuses on building meaningful relationships, streamlining the hiring process, and helping candidates find careers where they can thrive and grow.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their newborn daughter, as well as supporting his wife in running her business. He also remains actively involved in the baseball community, giving back to the sport that
