Rob Fitzgerald has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in working with credit unions to design, implement, and monitor executive benefit programs. Rob works closely with credit union boards to determine appropriate benefit levels to achieve the credit union’s compensation and succession planning goals. He regularly communicates with state and federal examiners on behalf of his clients and is devoted to ensuring the ongoing performance and regulatory compliance of his clients’ plans.

Prior to joining The Sheeter Group, Rob was Regional Vice President with the Gallagher executive benefits consulting team. He has done multiple webinars and has been a speaker at NAFCU and MACUMA events on topics such as the Administration and Due Diligence for Your Executive Benefit Plan and Executive Compensation and Benefits Surveys. Rob’s vast experience in nonqualified executive benefits in the credit union industry make him a trusted resource for many.

Rob is an active community volunteer and is involved with the Lutzie43 foundation. Rob has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Pilar, and two sons, Gus and Henry. Rob is a registered representative for MML Investors Services, LLC.
