Bob is an insurance, investment and financial planning professional. After graduating from Dartmouth College, Bob began his career at Travelers Insurance Company, where he earned a leadership position in the New York office managing the employee benefits division. His work included designing corporate benefit programs for executives, key employees, and staff. In 1995, Bob started his own insurance practice within the established firm of Lee-Nolan Associates, LLC. He works with executives, business owners and families to help them accomplish their financial goals. His work encompasses:
•Broad based employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans, key employee and buy-sell insurance programs, selective "golden handcuff’ deferred compensation and supplemental bonus plans for essential employees.
•Helping business owners sell and transfer their ownership to a family member, key employee or to an outside party.
•Strategies to help protect your assets from tax, such as estate and charitable planning strategies to minimize the government’s tax share and to help assure that what you’ve created goes to the people and causes that you care about.
•Helping you make decisions at retirement regarding your portfolio, health insurance, Social Security/ pension options, budgeting, long term care insurance and more in order to help maximize your income in retirement and help make sure it lasts a lifetime.
•Assisting families with disabled children plan for their future. Bob is the father of a disabled child and this has provided him a first hand perspective on the challenges these families face.
