Professional Story

Rory Sullivan is a Financial Planner with MassMutual Greater Philadelphia. He speaks to his clients with a very timely message: teaching parents how to pay for college for their kids without sacrificing their own retirement savings. His strategies are especially relevant these days, as past recessions have cut into many families’ financial reserves – their home values, their retirement nest egg, and their college savings – while college costs only continue to rise. He focuses on legal strategies for qualifying for more financial aid and leveraging assets in order to make your money work more efficiently and effectively – helping to reduce the total cost of attendance.

In addition to a focus in college funding strategies he works with many young families, pre-retirees, and small business owners. His goal is to help these individuals maximize their retirement income with a strong comprehensive focus on both the accumulation and income planning phases of retirement.

Rory sits on the Board as the Treasurer for YES Philly. He resides in Perkasie with his wife, Kaitlyn, their son, and Australian   Sheppard, Frank. He is a Penn State alumnus and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
