Russ entered the financial services industry as a New England Financial advisor in 1989.  Through hard work and perseverance, he was promoted to Sales Manager where he earned numerous accolades including Agency Builder Award, MDRT and Hall of Fame. He was recognized as a Life Member of Leaders, NQA and NSAA. Russ’ drive and talent were rewarded with a promotion to Managing Partner of the Memphis firm in 1997.  Under his leadership the firm has been recognized with the Summit Award, Ship’s Bell Award, Heritage Award, President’s Trophy and has achieved Chairman’s Council three times.  Russ was also recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the Memphis Business Journal.
