    Salman has been in the financial services industry from the very young age of 18. He started in the industry as a Personal Banker and was able to help a diversified community. He honed his communication and interpersonal skills by participating in the retail world. After receiving many accolades in the retail world, he decided that he wanted to work with clients on a more personal and intimate level. By the age of 21 he became the youngest General Manager at an Insurance Firm and quickly climbed the ranks. Later he developed his own Insurance Agency Franchise.

    Salman was committed to serving the working class of Union Members and eventually moved from Queens, NY to run offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. After years of success and leaving a huge footprint, Salman decided to retire out of the industry at the age of 31. He moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to enjoy life with the family and continued his real estate development ventures.

    Two years later, Salman felt an emptiness in his heart and decided it was time to return to the financial services industry, that he loved so much. As he built strong relationships with clients and colleagues, he came to the realization that he missed those interactions. He rejoined the industry and has reembarked on his journey to leave an even bigger footprint in the industry that he holds so dear to his heart. Salman has specialized in coaching individuals, business owners, and other financial professionals, helping them take their practice to the next level.

    Today, he works with MassMutual New Jersey-NYC and is looking to reach great new heights across multiple states.
