With over 25 years in the investment and insurance business, Scott has become a trusted financial professional to his numerous clients. Garrison Financial was formed in 1994 to provide high standards of service, integrity and excellence. Scott applies his vast knowledge to insurance and financial services for individuals and businesses. His focus is devoted to ensuring his clients receive the best service and strategies to help achieve their financial goals. 

Scott has earned the designation of Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). He holds both the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as a Life & Health license. He has served on the board and as President of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) in Maryland. In addition to being a Partner at Statara Advisors, LLC, Scott is also a Partner with Statera Retirement, LLC.
