Scott joined the firm in 2007 after a 10 year career as a store manager for a retailer. He returned to his hometown to work with clients as a financial services representative. His professional achievements include the State of Maine Health and Life Insurance License and Securities Registrations including the Series 7 and 66.
Scott achieved his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in June of 2010. Scott's primary responsibility is to assist plan sponsors and employees with their retirement accounts. He also assists individual clients with college funding, financial and retirement strategies, and their individual insurance needs.
Scott graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Scott is a Past-President of the Presque Isle Rotary club. He is also a steering committee member and past-chair of Momentum Aroostook, a board member of the Presque Isle Downtown Revitalization Committee, a board member of the Mark and Emily Turner Foundation, and a board member of the Presque Isle Country Club. He recently was appointed as a board member of the Board of Vistors for the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He also served as the vice-chair of the Presque Isle Strategic Planning Committee.
Scott brings a wide background of management and customer service experience to the business and in 2015 became a partner.
