Shane K. Mulligan, ChFC®, is a Philadelphia native and Bucks County resident. As a Senior Managing Associate of Vista Wealth Solutions and a Wealth Management Advisor affiliated with Clear Path Financial, Shane brings more than a decade of experience working with individuals and families on financial planning and guidance tailored to their needs and objectives.

Shane holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Delaware and earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation through The American College of Financial Services. He focuses on helping clients take a structured approach to planning, with an emphasis on clear communication, mentorship, and long-term client relationships. He also mentors and supports the development of the next generation of financial professionals.

Outside the office, Shane is deeply rooted in the Philadelphia community. He’s a passionate supporter of local charities, including Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Special Olympics, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and The Lustgarten Foundation. In honor of his late father, Shane co-founded the Michael J. Mulligan Memorial Foundation, which has awarded over 37 scholarships to date and built a youth basketball court to inspire future generations.

A former collegiate basketball player and lifelong coach, Shane has led dozens of youth teams in the Hatboro-Horsham area, instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and confidence. He also serves as Vice President of his Pi Kappa Alpha alumni association, Chapter Adviser, and founder of the Philly Area Pi Kappa Alpha Networking Group, where he fosters connection and philanthropy among fellow alumni.

Shane lives in Bucks County with his wife, Casey, and their two beautiful daughters—his greatest joy. Whether he's coaching on or off the court, advising clients, or volunteering in the community, Shane leads with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference.
