For more than three decades, Stefan Greenberg has built his career around a simple idea, that exceptional financial advice begins with understanding what matters most to the people and businesses he serves. Since joining Lenox Advisors over two decades ago, Stefan has grown into a leadership role as Managing Partner, General Agent, and Relationship Manager, helping individuals, families, executives, and businesses navigate important financial decisions with clarity and purpose.

Stefan’s work spans comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, estate planning, and insurance strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. On the corporate side, he partners with businesses to develop thoughtful, tax-efficient strategies designed to attract, reward, and retain key talent, including Lenox’s executive carve-out solutions.

Beyond his client relationships, Stefan has played an important role in the growth and culture of Lenox Advisors, acting as General Agent of the Lenox Agency, 212. His leadership extends across recruiting, sales management, training, and coaching, reflecting his belief that building a great organization means investing in its people. as well as results.

Prior to joining Lenox, Stefan spent 11 years as a Managing Director with Cowan Financial Group. Over the course of his career, he has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), and Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designations. He also holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24 and 63 registrations.

A 1993 graduate of Cornell University and former captain of the Men’s Soccer team, Stefan has carried his commitment to teamwork and leadership well beyond his professional life. He served as Chair of the Agent Advisors Association (AAX) with MassMutual, a member of the Cornell Alumni Advisory Board (CAAB), Past President of the Cornell Men’s Alumni Soccer Association, and a board member of both Maccabi USA and Street Soccer USA’s New York Chapter.

When he is not working with clients, developing colleagues, or giving back to the community, Stefan enjoys golf and is a member of Woodway Country Club in Darien, Connecticut. He and his wife, Regine, have two sons, Tiago and Luca.
