Community Involvement

Steve is a 35-year volunteer with the Fiesta Bowl serving as Band Pageant Chairman, Parade Chairman as well as Chairman of the Committee. He has been a board member with this organization for over fourteen years, during which he served as Chairman of the Board during the Fiesta Bowl’s 2003 National Championship between the University of Miami and the Ohio State University game, overseeing more than 2,000 volunteers. He is currently serving as a Life Director.

Steve has been serving as a board member of the 100 Club of Arizona for more than eleven years and is the current President of the Board as well. The 100 Club is an organization which offers financial help to the families of downed fire fighters and police officers in the Valley of the Sun.

Steve also serves his community by volunteering his time to the Pinnacle Presbyterian Church in North Scottsdale. He is a charter member of the church having served on several committees including the Pastor Nominating Committee and the Church Foundation.

Work Experience/Education

As a 25-year agent with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), Steve specializes in estate preservation, company retirement plans, executive benefit plans and investments, mutual funds, life insurance, and annuities.

Family

Since graduating from Arizona State University in 1974 with a Business Management degree, Steve has remained in the Phoenix area for 40 years. He and his wife Cathy reside in Scottsdale where they raised their three sons; Stephen, Michael, and Alex.
