Sue has been in the financial services industry for 20 years. with 15+ years of experience in sales and business development.

In previous roles she has led banks in their efforts to build their ultra-high net worth client base in the state of Arizona. She has worked closely with high-net worth business owners and individuals on trust & estate plan matters, investment management, custom lending and insurance needs. In her current role as V.P. of MassMutual Arizona Brokerage she supports brokers in a dozen states working mostly by referrals. She has a passion for IoT, that has evolved through continued involvement with the MassMutual Blockchain Community of Practice. Sue is dedicated to modernizing the insurance industry and is an avid researcher of blockchain technology, emerging insurtechtrends and their legislative framework.

She is very active in the community, participating and volunteering in such organizations as:

She was voted WIFS 2021 Woman of the Year and is a ProGrowth Ambassador at MassMutual. Both initiatives support the advancement of women in the insurance advisory space. Advocacy remains a top priority as she continues to follow legislative change that will foster blockchain adoption throughout the insurance industry.

Sue and her family have been living in Arizona for the past 16 years. She is married to Robert and they have four children Nicholas, Mateo, Nadia and Kristijan. She enjoys standup paddle boarding and volleyball in her spare time.

Her goal: to build high fidelity business relationships with her producers and strategic partners. Her efforts continue to bring awareness to the MassMutual brand in Arizona and neighboring states, giving independents, benefit firms and business partners access to high quality MassMutual insurance solutions through the brokerage distribution arm.
