Tom believes in giving back to his community. He has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Innsbrook Foundation for over 20 years. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Central Virginia and was the 2016 Volunteer of the year recipient. Tom enjoys running, playing basketball and is a long time season ticket holder for VCU Basketball.
