Vincent C. Silvio is a Financial Planner and Relationship Manager. His background, experience and commitment to providing clients with the resources they need to make financial decisions can help make their financial futures as successful as they need it to be.

Vince is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended college at California University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. After several years in client service and management roles, Vince joined HKS Financial Partners in 2017.

Currently, he resides in Peoria, Illinois with his wife Kayla and sons Ari and Roman. When he finds time away from the office, Vince enjoys fishing, boating, skiing, sports, the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
