  Bill Thompson was named the General Agent of Thompson Financial Group, MassMutual’s Baltimore agency, in August 1998. He was the President of MassMutual’s General Agents Association in 2007 and is still active on several committees. He has mentored and coached three new general agents in other MassMutual agencies and frequently speaks to industry groups on leadership development and retention as it pertains to agency building.

  Bill and his wife, Erin, reside in Phoenix, MD. They are proud parents of twin girls, Elizabeth and Ashley.
